So how many countries are there in the world? A simple answer would be 193 as this is the amount of official countries according the United Nations. But there are many more territories and unique destinations in the world than just the list of official countries. To include all these destinations the Travelers’ Century Club made a list consisting of all 325 countries and unique destinations combined. The following map shows all the countries I’ve visited:
